We are just over halfway done 2025 and I have read a total of 30 books so far!
I would like to thank unemployment, audiobooks, and my local library – get your damn library card! – for aiding me in already achieving my Goodreads reading challenge.
Since I have the spare time, I figured I would share my favorite books of 2025 (so far) ✨
It should be noted that almost every book I read has to have murder or romance and if they have both, watch the fuck out! I do on occasion vibe with literary fiction but it usually has some weird disassociating plot.
I am basically just laying down the groundwork to make it clear that these are MY best books of 2025 (so far). I don’t really care if they make it on some other publications list or if they are talked about on TikTok etc. I enjoyed these titles and if you vibe with my vibe – you may also 😉
